Melbourne’s 2017 Sugar Mountain festival is now less than two weeks away, so organisers have unveiled the event’s official set times, as well as the lucky judges who will get to participate in the festival’s dog show.
Sugar Mountain’s 2017 set times (below) feature a bunch of clashes, so ticket-holders will have to decide (for example) if they’d rather see The Avalanches or MY DISCO, Kučka or Methyl Ethel and The Belligerents or Moses Sumney. Gates will open at 11:30am, with the first acts kicking off at around 12pm.
Sugar Mountain’s 2017 lineup took a hit last week, after Blood Orange pulled out of the event. Luckily, The Avalanches, Spank Rock, Young Tapz and HABITS were all swiftly added to the bill following Blood Orange’s cancellation.
As for its spin-off doggo show, Sugar Mountain has announced that the show’s judges will include musician and “dog lover” Kirin J Callinan, triple j‘s Dom Alessio, New York artist Kelsey Lu, Melbourne’s Sui Zhen and Bangarra dancer Waangenga Blanco.
