18-year-old Ben Swissa says the following while talking about his new track, ‘Angel’: “Creating ‘Angel’ was about diving into the complex feelings of loving someone toxic, someone you can’t live without. The video is meant to capture the loneliness and desperation, pointing out the vulnerability in such relationships. I used symbolic visuals to represent the ups and downs, showing that even in the heartbreak, there’s still a touch of colour and pleasure. It’s a raw and real look at the bittersweet mix of love and toxicity, and I hope it connects with people on a personal level.”

Ben’s music primarily revolves around a kaleidoscopic view of contemporary, pop, and groovy music. He focuses mainly on guitar, bass, keys, drums and his melodious voice, and creates groovy sounds.

The track ‘Angel’ has been produced by M-Phazes (Remi Wolf, Ruel, Amy Shark) and Ben Swissa. All the instruments used in making the track were played by Ben himself thus proving his proficiency. With muted guitars, melodious soloing, and Swissa’s falsetto hitting extremely high notes, this is an amazing track that the audience will love and cherish a lot.

Directors Oliver and Joshua said the following about the track “A simple one-shot video, with only two double speed takes being available – was a risk – but Ben did so well to hold our attention for the full runtime.”
