Sydney’s Repressed Records Store Offering Free Beer Tonight

Now this is how to do an opening special…Sydney record store Repressed Records are offering a free beer with every LP sold between 6pm and 8pm this evening.

The store opened at it’s new location – 413 King St, Newtown – on Wednesday, but owners have decided to keep the party going by offering some pressies this evening.

The following comment from the owners was posted on the One Trick Pony website.

“Although we opened the doors to the new store on Wednesday we thought we’d have a bit of a celebration this Friday evening. So come down between 6 and 8pm, grab any new LP and we’ll shout you a beer. Yep Repressed Records is buying a carton of beer to be consumed by the record buying public (unless you’re an Optus employee or under 18) to say thanks for all the support so far. Hopefully see you there!”
