Soundwave’s surprise supergroup Terror Universal have announced the arrival of their much anticipated debut EP Reign Of Terror, which they’ll drop on Friday, February 20th – the eve of Soundwave 2015.
Comprised of current and ex members of Machine Head, Soulfly and Ill Niño, not much else is known about Terror Universal. Band members keep their identities secret by wearing masks and go only by the names Rott (vocals), Massacre (drums), Diabolus (lead guitar) and Thrax (rhythm guitar).
The Reign Of Terror EP was mixed by Andy Wohl (Anthrax, Cradle Of Filth, Ill Nino) and will drop on February 20 through 3Wise Records on the eve of the band’s Soundwave appearance.
While in the country for Soundwave, Terror Universal will also be playing two Sidewaves in Sydney and Melbourne alongside Fear Factory and Exodus. See those dates and listen to their only released track so far, Welcome To Hell, below.
