New Zealand rock outfit The Datsuns have announced and Australian tour this December in support of their new album Deep Sleep. The rock ‘n’ rolling four-piece took to Facebook to express their excitement to return to Australia, particularly South Australia and WA.
“It’s been a while so we are happy to be heading to Australia for 9 shows,” posted The Datsuns, “We haven’t played in South or Western Australia in aaaaaaagggges! … We are super excited to play the new record live, it’s gonna be loud.”
The Datsuns’ latest album was recorded in only 10 tens at Roundhead Studios in Auckland. Deep Sleep, due out Friday 3rd October, sees the band dig deep into 70s rock influences like Black Sabbath and Deep Purple and twist them into their own blistering sound.
