Isaac Slade, the frontman of The Fray, is not happy about comments The Killers’ singer Brandon Flowers made to the crowd during a show.
While Slade was in the process of recording their latest album he noticed some of The Killers’ footage on YouTube. The crowd wasn’t getting into the show so in an attempt to amp them up a bit, Brandon Flowers said:
Come on, stand up and dance. This isn’t a fucking Fray show
Now in an interview with the Daily Star, Slade has said he would like to punch Flowers in the mouth:
We do have a very thoughtful, sensitive crowd who don’t get to dance much. Still, I’ll pay Brandon back for picking on our fans. Next time I see him I’ll have to punch him in the mouth.

The Killers and The Fray have toured together before, so let’s hope it’s all in good fun. Also, could Isaac Slade even throw a punch?
Slade has addressed the band’s sedate reputation by getting a bit more sexy on their new album:
We’ve all grown up as religious people and the church’s attitude to sex means it’s hard to express your sexuality without feeling guilty.
But sex and love are the most natural things in the world and it’s the most basic aspect of rock ‘n’ roll. It was time for us to express that, y’know, we feel sexy too.
