English indie outfit The Kooks have announced a run of Australian headline dates. The upcoming tour will see the group play Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne in honour of the 15th anniversary of their debut album, Inside In/Inside Out.
Originally released in January 2006, Inside In/Inside Out spawned an impressive six singles, including ‘She Moves In Her Own Way’, ‘Ooh La’, and ‘Naïve’, the latter of which was voted into triple j’s 2013 retrospective Twenty Years Of The Hottest 100 countdown, reaching #87 – the same number its album reached on local charts.

The Kooks’ first tour of the country since 2019 will also include a headline slot at the Grapevine Gathering festival, which is taking place at wineries across the country this October. The Grapevine Gathering lineup also features Peking Duk, Ball Park Music, and more.
