Irish teenage lads, The Strypes will be bringing their irreverent brand of garage-bred blues rock to our fair shores, today announcing two sideshows, one each in Sydney and Melbourne, to compliment their Splendour In The Grass 2014 set.
These four Irish lads, all under the age of 18, honed their sound over the years in Irish pubs, hotels and music halls. Currently touring across Europe, this July Ross, Josh, Pete and Evan will play Splendour In The Grass and now headline two of their own shows.
With their debut album, Snapshot, released in September 2013 and a suite of famous faces consistently appearing in the audience of their shows, The Strypes promise a performance of true blues rock revival.
