They Might Be Giants Australian Tour Announced

Alt rock darlings They Might Be Giants have announced they will be making their return to Australia for a run of tour dates this November.

Last in the country in 2013, They Might Be Giants will kick off their 2015 visit at Perth’s Astor Theatre on Monday, 2nd November, and will then play shows in Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

TMBG’s John Linnell (keyboards and accordion) and John Flansburgh (guitar) will play with a live band that includes Danny Weinkauf on bass, Marty Beller on drums and Dan “Solder” Miller on lead guitar.

Known for their energetic, spontaneous and fun live shows, They Might Be Giants will be playing tunes from their latest release, their 17th, yep that’s 17th, studio album Glean, as well as cuts from their undeniably extensive back-catalogue.
