Three Suspects Have Now Been Charged In Relation To Mac Miller’s Death

Three men who were arrested during the official investigation into rapper Mac Miller‘s death in 2018 have now been charged with supplying Miller the drugs that resulted in his death.

As the Associated Press reports, a grand jury indictment that was unsealed in Los Angeles says that Cameron Pettit, 28, Stephen Walter, 46 and Ryan Reavis, 36, have been charged with both conspiring and distributing the drugs.

All three suspects have previously been charged with drug-related offenses.

They are all facing a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 20 years in federal prison, with the potential for life without parole if convicted of either of the charges in relation to Miller’s death.

All three men were arrested last month and currently remain in custody. None of them have yet entered a plea.

Both Pettit and Walter have also been charged with being a felon in possession of ammunition. They were both scheduled to be arraigned on these new charges on 10th October. Reavis does not yet have an arraignment date set.

Miller was found dead in his Los Angeles home last year. It was later revealed that he died of an accidental overdose with fentanyl, cocaine and alcohol found in his system.
