Tom DeLonge Says Rejoining Blink-182 Could Just Take “A Few Phone Calls”

Former Blink-182 frontman Tom DeLonge has said that it would take “probably just a few phone calls” to get him to rejoin the band and make new music with them.

As NME reports, DeLonge made the comment suring San Diego’s Comic-Con event, which he attended to promote the new graphic novel from his Poet Anderson project.

When asked what it would take for him to record music with Blink again, he replied, “Probably just a few phone calls.” Catch footage of his comment, below.

In January this year, Blink-182’s Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus announced their split from DeLonge, and later said they were going through a “friendly divorce” with the muso.

Since then, DeLonge has been replaced by Alkaline Trio frontman Matt Skiba, and Blink have announced plans to record new music with their new lineup in August.

In the meantime, DeLonge says he plans to release four albums this year, with 15 novels to come out over the next four years.
