Last week, we got word James Van Der Beek’s VICELAND Diplo series would premiere in August and now we have our first extended look at the series.
What Would Diplo Do? is a six-part series produced by Van Der Beek and Diplo himself. It essentially parodies the life of Diplo as an EDM DJ.
The trailer shows that it’s really going to poke fun at the DJ as he blends a violin to find new sounds and gets locked outside of his hotel room in the nude.
The series looks to feature Diplo’s IRL buddy and fellow producer Dillon Francis who is one of the funniest personalities in the electronic music scene.
Diplo posted the trailer on his Facebook so he’s obviously down with taking the piss out of himself.
It’s sure to provide some serious laughs when it premieres on 3rd August.
