Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor has told fans via Twitter not to buy the latest reissue of their first album Pretty Hate Machine.
On July 15th Reznor tweeted: NIN fans, don’t waste your money on this version of PHM that was just released.
Then a following tweet: a record label bullshit move repackaging the old version. Ignore please.
On the website selling the latest reissue it reads “very similar to the original release. This is not a remastered release”.
Pretty Hate Machine was first released in 1989 and Reznor teamed up with engineer Tom Baker to release a remastered version of the album in 2010.
