Have you ever been sent an email that had you dialling 000 because you thought you were going into cardiac arrest?
Well that’s what happened to me this morning when I copped an email about Triple J‘s ‘Dream Festival‘ and its absolutely mammoth lineup. We’re talking Silverchair, Powderfinger, Radiohead, Lorde, Sia, Lana Del Rey, Sia, Beastie Boys, Gang Of Youths, The xx, N.E.R.D, Brockhampton and more.
Like seriously I am not okay.
Alas, ‘Dream Festival’ is too good to be true because it’s not a real event you can physically attend, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.
Instead, Triple J, Double J and Unearthed will spend all of Saturday, 22nd June airing some epic live sets by this stacked lineup during previous Aussie gigs, giving you a festival you can experience from the comfort on your lounge.
But, as the lineup is so massive, it’s gonna be Clash Central so get prepping as soon as you can. Or, if you’re a thinker, stream all three stations at the same time. It will be impossible to hear anything clearly, but at least you’re not missing out.
