Announced yesterday, Sydney Festival and FBi Radio have proudly let loose that the newly re-named Keystone Festival bar will be taken over by a troupe of whacked out electronic groups, as Tune-Yards, Jonti and Domeyko/Gonzalez have been announced as the line-up for FBi Night on January 20 at Hyde Park Barracks.
Tune-Yards, having grabbed a lot of attention with singer Merill Garbus’ powerhouse vocal performances, will be making their inaugural journey to Australia, while this will be a return home for Stones Throw’s Jonti, playing his first Australian show in months. Domeyko/Gonzalez will be taking over the late set, with free entry after 11:30pm, this late night menagerie also set to feature a DJ set from Nick Zinner of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
Surely one of the highlights of the festival calendar so far, be sure not to miss out.
