UPDATE: Ultra Music Festival Announces First Acts For 2019 Australian Dates
ORIGINAL STORY: The lineup for the first-ever Australian edition of EDM mecca Ultra Music Festival has arrived, and it’s a certified banger.
Headlined by Dutch DJ Afrojack and Swedish duo Axwell Λ Ingrosso, the lineup also features the likes of Carnage, KSHMR, Andrew Rayel and DJ, as well as locals like Tigerlily, Timmy Trumpet and Will Sparks. View the full roster, below.
The festival, which is set to hit Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl in February, will be Ultra’s debut Australian event. The ‘Road To Ultra’ concert will be a single-stage single-day festival, before the full Ultra Music Festival experience — which is multi-stage and multi-day — hits Melbourne and Sydney at some point in 2019.
Ultra announced in March this year that it had plans to expand to Australia in 2018, and later revealed that it will host events down under both in 2018 and 2019.
