It looks like Van Halen are all set to announce a world tour at the Grammy Nominations ceremony in Los Angeles tonight. The band were set to re unite for the Soundwave Revolution tour in Australia in 2011 but it is believed their withdrawal actually lead to the whole festival being cancelled.
