The moment we’ve all been waiting for has now arrived, the highly coveted second lineup announcement for the long overdue return of Vans Warped Tour Australia 2013 and joining the tour will be hotly rumoured acts Reel Big Fish and Millencolin plus a bunch of other international and local names.
The festival was shaping up to be an absolute beast, but rest assured, it just got far beastier. Starting from the top, Swedish punk rock trendsetters Millencolin will be bringing their multi-decade spanning excellence Down Under, with both anthems and classics up their sleeve to perform.
Fresh from their biggest run of headlining dates on home soil yet, post-hardcore heroes The Amity Affliction have also been confirmed. The timeless providers of ska Reel Big Fish are locked in, offering a healthy dose of brass.
The Aussie flavour is strong with this round of artists which sees the Crafter-branded Confession added, guaranteed to get some blood in the pit, with successful musical exports Hands Like Houses, metalcore dons Buried In Verona and the habitually rad Hand Of Mercy and their relentless HXC chaos.
The new horde of bands will be joining the likes of Parkway Drive, The Offspring, Simple Plan and oh so many more for the festival’s welcome return.
