Violent Soho have just announced the addition of three new shows after selling out five dates across Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney shortly after they went on sale last Friday.
The guys are touring the country in May in support of their forthcoming fourth LP WACO, and are now playing eight shows in total, featuring fellow Aussie acts DZ Deathrays and Dune Rats as support.
The announcement comes shortly after the band took to Facebook to tell ticket scalpers to kindly “fuck off”. The band publicly admonished those snapping up hoards of tickets as soon as they went on sale, only to flog the tickets later at inflated prices. They also flagged the possibility for added tour dates, something that has now come to fruition.
WACO is due out on Friday the 18th of March, and on the back of this announcement the band have also dropped a trailer for the album featuring a snippet of an unreleased track off the album.
