Void Of Vision Announce Split, Final Tour For February 2025

Void Of Vision have revealed that their freshly-announced national tour of Australia will be their last. The Melbourne metalcore band recently released their fourth and now-final album, What I’ll Leave Behind, and will tour in support of it across the country before splitting up. The full list of tour dates, as well as pre-sale and ticketing information, can be found below.

“If you told me 15 years ago where our music would take us and where we are now, I straight up wouldn’t believe it,” said the band’s frontman Jack Bergin in a lengthy press statement. “The dream we started straight out of high school was meant to be a product of its time, and I truly believe that it was. Today, we happily conclude that time has come to a fulfilling end.”

The band will be joined by three international acts for its final run: American metalcore bands Gideon and UnityTX, as well as Japanese band Knosis. Gideon return to Australia for the first time in over six years, while both UnityTX and Knosis will make their Australian debuts as part of this tour. Bergin concluded his statement by reiterating that, although Void Of Vision itself would no longer exist, the band “will live on forever through everything that each of us carry onwards to do from here on out”.

“We never meant to leave a legacy behind, but here it is,” he said. “We’ll see you all for one final tour around the homeland in February to leave on the highest note; the biggest and best that we’ve ever been. Thank you for sharing all of this with us, the pleasure was ours.”
