According to a listing on real estate agent Frank Knight’s website, The Annandale Hotel is now officially on the market in a receiver’s sale from the current legal owners Ferrier Hodgson, and there is now just under a month before submissions of interest close for the live music venue.
Originally, the receivers promised that live music will continue at the beloved hotel. It’s now entirely possible it could be turned into a KFC. Fingers crossed that the stats, which boasts “possible signage opportunity, gaming opportunity, growth area” will appeal to the right people.
