There may be some Bad Blood between Taylor Swift and Amy Poehler/Tina Fey after this little stunt.
The funnywomen have taken a playful dig at Tay Tay & her so-called ‘squad’ of supermodel besties via a new skit for Saturday Night Live.
The pair made their triumphant return to the sketch show that kick-started their careers with an epic spoof called Tina & Amy’s Dope Squad.
In the skit, which is filmed to look just like T-Swizzle’s Bad Blood music video, Poehler & Fey aka ‘Powderkeg’ and ‘Shortfuse’ introduce us to their own real life lady-squadron.
Their nannies (plus Tina’s other nanny), their (shared) gynecologist and Fey’s mammogram technician make up what Shortfuse dubs a “veritable who’s who” of dope BFFs.
Fellow lady of comedy, Amy Schumer, also makes a guest cameo, complete with some totally awkward slow-mo combat moves followed by a threat to sue.
Of course, it’s all in good fun. But you never know how Tay’s gonna take it. Back in 2013, Poehler and Fey had a gentle dig at her during their gig hosting the Golden Globes, to which Swift later responded, “There’s a special place in hell for women who don’t support other women”.
Ouch.
