Teenage singer-songwriter Billie Eilish has become the latest international artist to have a crack at triple j‘s much-frothed weekly covers segment ‘Like A Version’, and she hasn’t held back.
After performing an acoustic rendition of her own hit ‘Bellyache’, the 16-year-old American pocket rocket tried her luck with a classic from the King Of Pop himself, Michael Jackson.
Eilish stripped back and slowed down MJ’s ‘Bad’ from his iconic 1987 album of the same name, transforming it into an acoustic number with sultry vocals.
Disappointingly, however, she did not manage to bust out a moon walk in the middle of the triple j studios.
