Corey Taylor has had a crack at a David Bowie cover during a recent live appearance.
Hitting the stage at California’s Garden Grove for a solo covers set, CT wrapped his vocal cords around the Ziggy Stardust-era rocker ‘Moonage Daydream’ and bloody nailed it.
Taylor also covered Prince, INXS, The Clash, The Beatles, The Jimi Hendrix Experience and more during the one-off gig.
Something tells us you won’t be hearing any of those songs from his repertoire when he comes down under with Slipknot this October to tour alongside Metallica, but you can watch his Bowie cover below.
Meanwhile ICYMI, Slipknot just announced their brand new album WE ARE NOT YOUR KIND and dropped the heavy first cut off it, ‘Unsainted’.
