Pearl Jam singer Eddie Vedder‘s new solo album is Ukulele Songs, a collection that sees him performing solely with the four-stringed beast. The record features contributions from Cat Power and Glen Hansard from the Swell Season, and includes covers as well as Vedder originals.
The album’s first track is Can’t Keep, one of Vedder’s early adventures on the ukulele that ended up in a different form as first track on Pearl Jam’s 2002 album Riot Act. It also opens Ukulele Songs, and Vedder has released a video to accompany the track:
