Watch Foo Fighters Cover ‘You’re The One That I Want’ And Bring John Travolta Out On-Stage

Foo Fighters are no strangers to having surprise guests on stage but few could’ve predicted an appearance by John Travolta.

The band brought Travolta out during a show at Welcome to Rockville in Florida while covering ‘You’re The One That I Want’ from Travolta’s iconic movie Grease.

Travolta is in Florida filming the Fred Durst-directed film Moose and was watching the band from side of stage when Dave Grohl directed him to the stage for a hug.

Unfortunately, Travolta didn’t get to sing but Grohl did a mighty rendition of the classic, originally by Travolta and Olivia Newton-John. If they ever do a reboot of the classic musical then Grohl would be a worthy Danny Zuko.

That wasn’t the only surprise fans got during the set. They also brought Billy Idol out to cover John Lennon’s ‘Gimme Some Truth’.

They’re the best guests the band have had on-stage with them since they decided to bring out Rick Astley for ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’.
