Lady Gaga has performed a whirlwind medley of David Bowie songs at the 2016 Grammy Awards, in honour of the late musician who died in January aged 69.
Gaga’s Bowie medley (below) saw her perform snippets of Bowie songs Space Oddity, Changes, Ziggy Stardust, Suffragette City, Rebel Rebel, Fashion, Fame, Let’s Dance and Heroes, all while dressed in some Bowie-inspired outfits. The performance’s musical director, Chic’s Nile Rodgers, also appeared during the set. Catch the stunning performance in full, below.
Earlier today, Beck and the surviving members of Nirvana paid tribute to Bowie with a special pre-Grammys cover of The Man Who Sold The World at a gala in Los Angeles.
Lady Gaga and Diane Warren’s song Til It Happens To You from the film The Hunting Ground was nominated for the Best Song Written for Visual Media Grammy this year, but didn’t take home the award. Catch all the latest updates from the awards ceremony right here.
