Former triple j presenter Matt Okine (AKA Boilermakers) and singer-songwriter Montaigne have teamed up with Melbourne comedy boys Aunty Donna on a new rap-heavy track dubbed ‘Best Freestylers In The World’.
Part of Aunty Donna’s debut album The Album (which is out today!), the song arrives with its very own music video, which sees Okine and Montaigne worshiping the Donna boys, who, as eternal “rap kings”, don’t hesitate to deliver a series of epic freestyle verses that would make even Kendrick Lamar weep.
Montaigne also sings about how the Donna boys recently “sucked off their own dick holes”, which is something we never thought we’d hear her say. Watch the glorious video in full, below.
The Album also features a surprise appearance from King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard guitarist Joey Walker, who performs on the song ‘Professor Whiskers’.
Speaking about The Album, Aunty Donna’s Broden Kelly says, “Look I’m really excited about the album but someone has been stealing my newspaper.
“I have a subscription to The Age and someone keeps coming early in the morning and taking them off my lawn. I haven’t been able to get fully excited about the album because someone’s invading my personal space and stealing my street media.”
