Days after announcing the impending release of his new track, David Bowie has unveiled the video for The Stars (Are Out Tonight). The video, which stars Tilda Swinton as Bowie’s on-screen wife, was posted to his Facebook page.
Notably, the track has a fair bit more grunt compared with the slow-ballad style of his comeback single Where Are We Now?.
David Bowie will release his new album, The Next Day, locally on 8th March, 3 days before the rest of the world. The Next Day was produced by long-time collaborator Tony Visconti, who told the BBC punters can expect a “quite a rock album” from the UK music icon.
