Triple j‘s outgoing brekky bros Matt & Alex are now three down and two to go with their Five Raves In Five Days farewell lap across the country, ticking off another sexy party in one of Australia’s Big Smokes.
Last night saw the dynamic duo head to Melbourne for another action-packed evening, which hit its peak when the nation’s ravers-in-chief Peking Duk crashed proceedings, kicking Matt & Alex out from behind the decks and recruiting Aussie swimmer Mack Horton and soon-to-be triple j presenter Dylan Alcott to lead the packed crowd of froth dogs in a rendition of The #MACKarena.
Highlights of the evening also included Ivan Ooze teaming with The Peking lads to bring down the house with some insane stage gymnastics, while Illy wheeled out special guest Vera Blue for a rendition of their banger Papercuts. And what would any good gig be without an onstage marriage proposal? Or a shoey?
