The world is still reeling from the loss of Anthony Bourdain, and Queens of the Stone Age have given a beautiful tribute with their performance of ‘Long Slow Goodbye’ at Northside Fest over the weekend.
QOTSA frontman Josh Homme and Bourdain shared a close and intimate friendship. Following Bourdain’s passing, Homme took to Twitter give a brief statement. “Dammit Tony. I’m so sorry. I’m so destroyed. I love you brother.”

When the band took to Denmark’s Northside Fest yesterday, Homme said “Sometimes you lose somebody. And today we lost somebody, so this song is for Tony.”
