Melbourne act Slowly Slowly have capped off a big couple of weeks with an absolute ripper of a cover for triple j‘s ‘Like A Version’ yesterday, taking on a Bon Iver classic.
Performing the cover as part of triple j‘s Good Az Friday comedy special at Melbourne Town Hall yesterday for Good Friday, the band gave us a searing and powerful rendition of ‘Skinny Love’ and it’ll hit you smack bang in the feels.
The band have had a pretty gnarly couple of weeks, having just released their new track ‘Jellyfish’. On top of that, the Melbourne four-piece are also gearing up for a sure-to-be massive performance at this year’s Splendour In The Grass festival.
