Comedic rockers Tenacious D have finally released a full (and streamable) version of their new animated movie Post-Apocalypto, following the release of their new album of the same name.
‘Tribute’ hitmakers Jack Black and Kyle Gass gradually released the film as a six-part series over the last few months, but have now shared the full hour-long animation on YouTube, after their Post-Apocalypto album dropped on Friday, 2nd November.
The follow-up to the duo’s 2006 film The Pick Of Destiny was hand-drawn by Jack Black, and features both Black and Gass as they attempt to keep rockin’ in a bleak, post-apocalyptic world.
The Post-Apocalypto film features songs from the album of the same name, which itself features Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl on drums. The album is the follow-up to 2012’s Rize Of The Fenix.
