Manchester group Wu Lyf (World Unite Lucifer Youth Foundation) have cancelled their Australian shows for early next year, including their appearances at the St Jerome’s Laneway Festival 2012 lineup and sideshows at the Prince Bandroom in Melbourne, and the Metro Theatre in Sydney.
A statement was posted on Laneway Facebook page last night:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, WU LYF have been forced to cancel their appearance at the Laneway Festival 2012, as well as their Sydney and Melbourne shows this February. The band and promoter sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. More information from the Laneway sideshow website reads:
Refunds to the Metro show are available from point of purchase. Online and call centre bookings will be refunded automatically back to the credit card used at the time of booking. Please allow at least 10 full working days for the refund to come through. Agency and outlet sales customers need to return their tickets for a refund.
