Our mates behind Adelaide’s world-class festival WOMADelaide have done yet another stellar job putting together an event for 2017. Now, to make sure as many people as possible can experience it all firsthand, YHA and WOMADelaide have joined forced to hook up some potential punters with an all-encompassing, ultimate WOMADelaide weekend experience.
To be more specific, the prize will include:
– 2 x 4 day WOMADelaide Festival weekend passes (10th-13th March 2017)
– 3 nights accommodation at Adelaide Central YHA (Double/twin with ensuite bathroom)
– Return flights from Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra or Perth airports to Adelaide
To enter, submit your favourite festival photo on the YHA WOMADelaide page, or post your photo with the hashtag #YHALovesFestivals to your Instagram page, Twitter feed (make sure your profile is public) or to the Backpacking Mate Facebook page. Whoever submits the most creative entry will reign supreme.
For another year in a row, WOMADelaide has unveiled a forward-thinking lineup that you just wouldn’t see anywhere else. Archie Roach, The Waifs, D.D Dumbo, Dope Lemon, The Specials, Xylouris White and Mercedes Peón are just 4 of the many, many reasons why it’s worth entering the competition. Of course, the event will feature plenty more side attractions and countless untold curiosities.
YHA has also negotiated a great discount for WOMADelaide tickets too. Punters can get up to $58 off their tickets simply by becoming a YHA member and showing their card at the gate. You can see the YHA discount on the WOMADelaide page.
